Hotel The Seasons is a premier boutique resort in Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh, designed and delivered by The Tawn Box. The project revives the romantic colonial charm of the historic hill station, integrating steep gabled roofs, bay windows, and wood-paneled interiors with five-star modern hospitality standards.
The architecture captures the nostalgia of vintage Dalhousie estates through balanced symmetrical massing, deep green gabled roofs, white timber cornices, and stone-clad chimney stacks. The grand entrance portico leads into an elegant foyer characterized by high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and a grand stone fireplace.
The guest suites are designed for luxurious relaxation, featuring bespoke bay window banquettes, rich hardwood floors, plush velvet upholstery, and heated luxury bathrooms. The hotel features an intimate library lounge, a fine-dining restaurant with panoramic valley views, and landscaped terrace gardens.
Dalhousie experiences heavy winter snowfall and freezing temperatures. The Tawn Box engineered the building with reinforced steep-slope roofs for rapid snow shedding, double-glazed insulated glass units, underfloor heating in premium suites, and fully protected internal plumbing networks.
Hotel The Seasons is widely celebrated as one of Dalhousie's most charming and romantic luxury hotels. The project showcases The Tawn Box's mastery in delivering heritage-inspired luxury architecture with world-class engineering.
